A trademark is a sign susceptible to graphic representation, serving to distinguish the products or services of a natural or legal person from those belonging to other persons. Trademark registration is done at OSIM, through authorized representatives.
A trademark may be constituted by distinctive signs such as: words (including names of persons), drawings, letters, numbers, figurative elements, three-dimensional shapes and in particular the shape of the product or its packaging, color combinations, as well as any combination of these signs.
