matters related to the above-mentioned fields.<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>Specialized legal consultancy regarding:<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>\u2013 the acquisition of industrial property rights (trademark, invention patent, or industrial design registration) in Romania, for both Romanian and foreign clients;\n                      <br>\u2013 the protection of industrial property rights in Romania, for both Romanian and foreign clients;\n                      <br>\u2013 the management of industrial property rights (licensing, assignments, negotiations aimed at amicable dispute resolution);\n                      <br>\u2013 trademark monitoring services;\n                      <br>\u2013 specific actions for combating and preventing the growing phenomenon of counterfeiting;\n                      <br>\u2013 any other legal activities related to industrial property rights.<\/p>\n                  <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n              <\/div>\n
