If you are an IP firm or attorney looking for a Romanian associate, see local representation before OSIM. Send the mark and the applicant name for a conflict check before transmitting the file.
Working language
Correspondence, reports and instructions are handled in English. Submissions to OSIM are filed in Romanian, as the law requires, and we provide translations where a document must exist in both languages.
The agency has been in practice since 1991. Meetings at our offices are arranged by telephone in advance.
